Hohsaas-Trail open
This trail is a must for all snowshoe enthusiasts. In the high alpine terrain, you hike via the Weissmieshütte to the Hohsaas mountain station.

The trail starts at Kreuzboden and first goes up the ski slope. At the outermost edge of the Sandiger Boden, the path between the piste and the ski lift, which follows the moraine in an easterly direction, taking you to the foot of the next ascent just before the Weissmieshütte. After the challenging ascent along a zigzag path, the hosted mountain hut offers itself as an intermediate stop. From the Weissmieshütte, the trail continues over the Tamatterhang, where it turns right to the south. From here, follow the markings on the moraine and later next to the ski slope and you will reach point 3004. From here, you continue to the Hohsaas mountain station located at just under 3200 metres above sea level. At the top you will enjoy a fantastic view of the eighteen four-thousand-metre peaks of the Saas-Fee/Saas Valley holiday region.
