This scenic red run, 10 kilometres long, is particularly appealing for its variety of landscapes and terrain. Starting at an altitude of 1,820 metres, the descent finishes at 1,055 metres, after a combination of straight schusses and twisting trails. Snowy peaks, fragrant pine forests and the dramatic pinnacles of the Dents du Midi and the Dents Blanches high above: the backdrop for this fun run is simply enchanting.

This experiment is an educational discovery of the world of mushing, in a privatized form for a couple or a family. This activity is family and fun. Everyone will enjoy it, either as a passenger sitting on the sled, as a pilot, or as a handler or in contact with my adorable dogs at the home line.

Measuring 55 metres long and 25 metres high, the Belle-Etoile footbridge was built to span the river Sauflaz, which would become dangerous at high water levels. Located on one of the most beautiful trails that make up the Tour des Dents du Midi, the bridge features on a magnificent hike between Grand-Paradis and Bonaveau, passing via Roc Coupé and Rossétan.

Showcasing biking and music, this unique, 3-day extravaganza is totally free and open to all-comers.  The daytime is all about bikes, with a slew of gnarly biking activities, demonstrations and races.  In the evenings, the party heats up with concerts, DJ’s and live performances.

The Trail des Dents du Midi, the pioneer of the Valais walking tours, is a competitive and sporting event, following in the footsteps of the legendary and oldest walking race of the same name as the majestic massif around which it winds. It's a legendary race that's rich in emotion and offers extraordinary scenery. 

From 30 August to 14 September 2025, the Valais will be the mountain bike capital of the world. For the first time in the history of the Mountain Bike World Championships, a single region will host the different events: cross-country, downhill, e-bike, enduro, marathon, pumptrack and short track. Eight Valaisan destinations will host these different events, while the opening ceremony will take place in Sion. Between 1,000 and 1,500 athletes are expected to take part in this exceptional event, which will bring together the world's best athletes.
