The nature reserve of La Combe de l’A is an outstanding natural jewel where geological history has been preserved for all to see. It is home to a wide variety of alpine flora and fauna, including stags that can be seen rutting there in the autumn. The view and ambience at dusk is quite simply extraordinary.

Liddes is also the perfect winter vacation. It offers pistes for all abilities, as well as a ski school with many levels of instruction offered. Lots of snowshoe trails round out the possibilities.

Rando-Parc Vichères

The Rando-Parc of Vichères allows all those who want to learn ski touring to do so in the best conditions and in safety. It offers four routes from easy to intermediate: a total of 19 kilometers for 2,400 meters of ascending elevation. With its magnificent panorama, free parking and two restaurants, you will find everything you need.

Vichères

Four lifts serve the ski area which offers a breathtaking view of the Combins range, the Rogneux, the Catogne and the Dents du Midi. While the Chapelet chairlift takes you to the resort’s most technical slopes, it is La Chaux that will take you to the intermediate red slopes; while the blue runs are concentrated around the Vuardette ski lift and the baby lift in the beginner's area. A snow bar is located at the crossroads of the babylift and the La Vuardette ski lift, whose sunny location makes it the perfect spot.

Baby-Lift

The snow playground in Vichères-Liddes is equipped with a ski lift for beginners and playful obstacles. It is situated in a sunny place of the ski area. From the snow-bar "L'Oasis" you can follow the progresses of your kids. There are picnic-tables at your disposal. The snow playground is included in the ski passes which are free for kids under the age of seven.
