Environmentally friendly crackers

Malternative is a Martigny-based, eco-friendly brewery which has started making aperitif crackers. To make the most of the used grains from the brewing process, the company decided to use them to make crisp, tasty, nutritious crackers which are also high in fibre. Certified with the Valais brand, the crackers wrapped in compostable packaging are guaranteed to be free of preservatives and artificial flavours.
